• Share clear photos or a video of the item for verification.
• Once verified by our team, the refund will be processed.
• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

Important: If your account is suspended or removed due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You can request order cancellation up to 3 hours before the order has been shipped for a full refund.
• Cancellation requests made after 3 hours of placing the order may not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
